The right aircraft depends on the number of passengers, the distance to be travelled, and the type of airport facilities available at both the departure and arrival locations. We will help assess your needs and recommend the best aircraft.

Additional fees may include landing fees, overnight fees, catering, ground transportation and special requests. Once we have selected the right aircraft, we will provide a detailed breakdown of any extra costs.

Yes, many operators allow changes to the itinerary, but it's important to note that changes may incur additional costs. The flexibility depends on the aircraft's availability and scheduling.

While last-minute charters can often be arranged, it’s advisable to book at least a week in advance to ensure availability and the best pricing. For popular destinations or special events, earlier booking is recommended.

We only work with operators who meet stringent safety standards, including those set by aviation authorities like the CAA, FAA or EASA. In addition, we also perform due diligence by reviewing the operator’s safety records, aircraft maintenance and crew qualifications.

Yes, most aircraft allow pets on board, but it's important to inform us in advance. Some operators may have specific policies regarding the type of pets, their weights and the conditions under which they can travel.

Yes, we can arrange charter flights for large groups, corporate events, weddings, sports teams and more. We can source larger aircraft or multiple aircraft to accommodate the size of your group and handle all logistics.

One of the advantages of charter flights is flexibility in departure times and the check-in process is generally much quicker than commercial flights. Typically, arriving 15-30 minutes before departure is sufficient but we will provide specific instructions based on the departure airport and any required formalities.

An empty leg flight refers to a one-way positioning flight that occurs when an aircraft returns to its base or moves to another location without passengers. These flights are often available at a significant discount. We can help you find and book empty leg flights but they come with some flexibility trade-offs.

Yes, air charter services are available for medical emergencies, including air ambulances equipped with medical equipment and staffed by trained medical personnel. Brokers specializing in medical charters can coordinate these flights, ensuring timely and safe transportation for patients.

Security procedures for charter flights are generally more streamlined and private than at commercial airports and the security restrictions of commercial airlines do not apply- sharp items, liquids and firearms are ok but we do ask that you inform us ahead of the flight. While you still need to comply with safety regulations, the process is typically quicker and more convenient. In some cases, security checks may be conducted in private terminals (FBOs). Smaller aircraft under 10 tonnes do not require security screening.

As a private charter company, we do not own a fleet. Instead, we have unrivalled access to over 50,000 aircraft that we source from various owners and airlines worldwide. Not being limited to a fleet means we are better equipped to source the perfect aircraft to suit your requirements.

As hard as we work to give our clients the best private charter experience possible, there are certain factors that are out of our control, including poor weather conditions or an aircraft going “tech.”

Going “tech” is a term used to refer to the very rare cases where a technical fault on the plane you have chartered is preventing it from flying. In the case of bad weather, you may need to delay take off, amend your route or land at a slightly different airport.

In either case, your account manager will do their utmost to rectify the situation as soon as possible and source an alternative aircraft if required.

It is legal to smoke on a private jet. However, being able to smoke onboard is determined on a case-by-case basis and will largely depend on whether the owner of the aircraft allows for it. If you do want to smoke onboard, simply let your account manager know when you enquire and they will source an aircraft that matches your specific requirements.
